Who we are.
Welcome to Artful Expressions, formally known as My Little Dancer, the premier Dance & Art Academy nestled in Kitisuru, Nairobi. Since 2010, our relentless passion for imparting the art and essence of dance to young souls has driven us to train from toddlers to adults, in the foundational principles of dance for over a decade.
What we do.
In June 2023, our students displayed their remarkable talent by achieving a series of impressive merits and High Merit awards during their international exams with the RAD. In 2024, a select group of our dancers received first place in the Royal International Ballet competition, a Kenyan dance competition. Moreover, our captivating concerts serve as a platform for students to showcase their exceptional showmanship, further enhancing their confidence and dance skills.
Our achievements have been truly remarkable. Notably, two of our students were honored with the prestigious Gold medal award at the esteemed Cape Town Eisteddfod competitions in 2021. Under the dedicated guidance of Director Lucy, our team of professional dancers and instructors has earned high praise from parents for their enchanting and personalized ballet classes. Their patient and expert approach nurtures young talents, resulting in remarkable growth and numerous accomplishments.
